Our Founder
With over three decades of experience, Paschal Baugh has developed extensive expertise in FIDIC 87, FIDIC 1999, and other FIDIC contracts. Since 2009, his focus has been on claims management, where he possesses a deep understanding of the contractual triggers that lead to claims, as well as the mechanisms necessary to mitigate or prevent unwarranted or inflated claims. His approach is grounded in fairness and equity in contractor dealings, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to avoid escalation into complex disputes.
Paschal’s career began in 1990 as a junior Quantity Surveyor in his family’s construction business. He progressed through roles in the United States and Ireland, including serving as commercial manager for Ireland’s leading Construction firm.
Following the 2009 economic downturn, he moved to Egypt as Country Manager, managing claims across Egypt, Syria, and the UAE. As Contract Manager for the HIA Airport project in Qatar, he oversaw 50 contract packages. Paschal has since handled claims on numerous high-profile projects throughout the Middle East, Africa, the Far East, and beyond.
